Proposals must be submitted to the Office of Research and Economic Development (ORED) FIVE DAYS before the proposal deadline to ensure adequate time for processing, editing, formatting, and checking to provide the highest possible chances for funding. The ORED urges strict adherence to this deadline to help avoid unforeseen circumstances, like technical issues, that might hinder processing the proposal.
