Procedure | Certification: Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters
The federal government, through the issuance of Executive Order 12549 (dated February 10, 1986), requires principal investigators/project directors on projects using federal funds to certify to the best of their knowledge that they or any other principal person working on the contract/grant have not been disbarred or suspended from participation in a transaction with any federal agency.
Procedure
The Office of Research requires all principal investigators/project directors working
on contracts/grants to certify to the best of their knowledge that they or any other
principal person working on the project have not been disbarred or suspended from
participation in a transaction with any federal agency.

Refer to the Proposal Endorsement Form for the required certification.
