Warp 1 Cluster Rollout Seminar
TOMORROW - Friday, Dec. 1st @ 3 p.m. in Brun 228 - We'd like to invite you to come learn about the latest in Tennessee Tech's research computing with the rollout of our new supercomputer, Warp 1. This seminar will have details about projects currently utilizing the new cluster, how to access it, and its configuration. We hope to see you there!

Induction into the Profession Ceremony - REGISTRATION CLOSES TUESDAY.
If you wish to accept this invitation, please come by Clement 201, no later than Dec.
5, 2023, to select your ring size, specify how you wish your name to appear on the
certificate, and pay the fee. Bring the exact amount or pay by check.
Registration closes Dec. 5th. Ceremony will be held Dec. 7 at 3:30 p.m. in Bell Hall Auditorium (Room 282).

Stretch – chances are your body is tense from sitting in the same position for hours on end, so take some time to stretch your neck, your back, your arms, and wrists.

Deep breathing – take slow, deep breaths through your nose – filling up your whole chest – and exhale slowly through your mouth. Try to make your exhale longer than your inhale.

Phone a friend

Cook a healthy meal or have a healthy snack

Write three things you are grateful for.

Progressive muscle relaxation – Starting with your toes and working your way up to your head, slowly tighten ... hold ... and then relax your muscle groups (feet, legs, buttocks, abdomen, shoulders, arms, hands, face). This type of body scan exercise is also great for helping you fall asleep.

Let it out – Laugh with a friend. Do 20 jumping jacks. Put on your favorite song and sing or dance.
