Every term you plan on utilizing your benefits, you will be required to fill out a Certification Request Form. This is how we certify your enrollment and how payment is determined by the VA. Everytime you register for courses, you can fill out a fillable PDF or come by our office to complete this paperwork.
Deferment Request Form
All students utilizing a Military Benefit
All students who are utilizing a Military Benefit have the opportunity to use a deferment. This form defers all charges in full until the end of the term. This form also confirms your enrollment. It is best to complete this form prior to the beginning of the term to ensure your schedule is confirmed and your class schedule remains uneffected.
