Local Project Requests
University Departments may use this form to make any project requests for renovations in their respected areas. Please reference Policy 581, In-House Construction/Maintenance Projects including Gift In-Place Projects, for project process and requirements. An index number will be required to proceed with the project once an estimate has been prepared.
NOTICE: If your project will result in a change of space use, approval by the Space Use Committee is required. Example: the project converts classroom space to office space or vice versa.

Please note that if a project requires funding to be encumbered for the current fiscal year, the request must be received prior to May first of that year.
