Counseling and Psychology

We offer a variety of programs designed to prepare you for exciting and challenging career options in the mental health field as counselors, school psychologists, or supervisors in school/educational or private settings.

Many of our programs lead to professional licensure in Tennessee.

December 1 / Fall Cohort Deadline
(i.e., December 1, 2026 is the application deadline for the Fall 2027 cohort; any applications received after this deadline may not receive full consideration.)

January – early February / application review

February – early March / applicant interviews

March / final decisions made and communicated no later than April

April 15 / Intent to Attend sent to department by applicant
