About Jessica A. Kelley
The Jessica A. Kelley Memorial Scholarship was founded to help others achieve Jessica's dream of a career in psychology.
Jessica graduated from Tennessee Tech University in May 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in psychology. She had plans to return to Tech in the fall of 2018 to begin her graduate work to become a school counselor. Sadly, she passed away that summer due to complications with leukemia.
